30-day policy. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days.
Returns are only accepted on unused, unopened items. The packaging must also be intact.
Certain items are non-returnable.
Flowers, CBD extracts, rolling papers, CBD products, and vape cartridges perish.

We'll inspect your return for resale in one business day.

Your five-digit order number proves the purchase for your return.
Do not return it to the manufacturer.

We will email you when we receive and inspect your returned item. We'll also notify you of your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within seven business days.
Overdue refunds (if applicable)
Double-check your bank account if you haven't received your refund.
Contact your credit card company, as your refund may take time to arrive.

Return shipping costs are yours. Shipping is non-refundable. Refunds will deduct return shipping costs.
Your exchanged product may take longer to arrive depending on your location.
Tracking or shipping insurance should be considered for items over £75. Returns are not guaranteed.
